The entire top-floor unit is yours! 

We have a smart lock on the front door and will create a personalized door code for you before your check-in. 

This condo complex requires us as a host to vet our guests by making them aware of who will be occupying the unit at the time of stay, and make sure they are who they say they are. In saying that, you can message us a form of ID identification through messenger or email. This is 100% confidential and is just needed for the condo complex awareness. 

There is a parking space in front of the building labeled 2149 11. If you have more than one vehicle, there are unlabeled spaces that are free for you to park in. 

Other things to note 

Aircon and heating are available. 

The space is professionally deep cleaned after each stay. 

In-unit Laundry such as a washer and tumble dryer are included. 

We have stocked the condo suite with enough toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags, etc for your stay. 

There are two gated trash areas right in front of the building where you can take out any trash if needed. This includes two green recycling dumpsters for cardboard etc. 

There is a first aid kit and fire extinguisher spray inside the condo suite.
